Dalek Reversible Hat and Scarf

Finally finished! This is a scarf and hat set made to look like Dalek Sec from "Doctor Who". The hat is reversible, featuring the outside of a Dalek shell on one side, and an actual Dalek on the other. It can be worn comfortably both ways (I am giggling like a fool under there), and it makes a cute little Dalek when you stack them up. XD

Both pieces are entirely knitted except for the blue eyepiece lens and the vent ridges around the brim of the hat, which were crocheted on. There are a total of 75 pom-poms embedded in the scarf. (I made them grey because otherwise it would have just been a lumpy black scarf.) I am very pleased with how these turned out; they are SO warm! <3<3

NOTE: This piece was also posted over on my fiber art account, TheSerialKnitter, as a WIP. There's no art theft going on, I'm just disorganized.

ANOTHER NOTE: I've received some inquiries about reproducing this set for sale. I do plan to make these and a plushie version available through my (currently rather empty) Etsy shop [link] . Just as fair warning, generic pre-made Dalek scarf/hat sets and plushes will probably run around $80-100. Custom item requests for special colors/designs will be individually priced based on added complexity and materials.
